Does Losec, Lomotil Helps In Constant Loose Bowel Motions?

I had Vagotomy and Piloroplasty proceedures 48 years ogo and I ve had tummy problems ever since, the worst being constant very loose bowel motions. I ve been told that Losec and Lomosil tablets might help. Your thoughts please Doctor Michael Byrne

For Lomotil, yes, it can help a lot but Losec it has nothing to do with that loose bowel motion. You can also take Buscopan tablets for this.
