my husbend is suffering from shingles in which blisters occur on his forhead. i m giving him milk three times a day becoz he can easyly have it in severe pain .is milk have bad afect on shingles..?

its a viral infection.
u need to keep ur immunity at good level.
milk will not harm or not do any bad effect.
dont scratch or popped it as it will leave mark
better to consult dermatologist for medicine

it is a viral infection caused by herpes zoster.low immunity is the cause the virus to attack.so improve immunity.milk will not cause any problem.Antiviral drug treatment can reduce the severity and duration of herpes zoster if a seven- to ten-day course of these drugs is started within 72 hours of the appearance of the characteristic rash. analgesics can be taken .please see wheather its affecting eye region.better to consult a dermatologist.
