Does Severe Migraine Require ER Admission?

I have a migraine at the back, bottom, left side of my head that has radiated up and around my whole head. It gets worse when I move my head side to side. My neck doesn't hurt at all but whenever I move my head in a "no" motion or look behind me motion it makes my head heavy and my head half the time will collapse. This is the second day of this going on and I was wondering if I should just wait it out or go to the ER on Monday? (I have a neurologist appointment Friday, but I have school Tuesday through Friday and it is not something I can put to the side so I can learn.)

Hi, in your case severe migraine attack persisting for 2 days but no vomiting can be controlled with oral analgesics like tab Headset and other medicines .
But if headache continues with repeated vomiting ,then hospitalisation is required .
You are advised to consult neurologist.
Thanks.
