Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Periods occur early especially if there has been a local surgical procedure. As you have undergone cervical biopsy, its bit natural to have local congestion and this could be causing the problem.
It should settle down, if there is more concern do not hesitate to consult your Gynecologist.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
