Done Endometrial Curettings, Have Report. Can Any Online Doctor Help In Reading?
i am 48 yrs old and have gone for endometrial curettings. the report says prolifertive endometrium what does it mean. it also says no evidence of hyperplasia or neoplasia. gross description - multiple grey white tissue pieces , altogether measure 2x2x0.3cm. multiple pieces, 1 block a/e

the endometrial curetting report is completely normal. Having said that it has proliferative endometrium just means that it is the normal endometrium prior to the midway of your menstrual cycle. No evidence of hyperplasia or neoplasia rules out the abnormal endometrium. So just relax, there is nothing to worry about.
