I was told by people that i will loss weight according to how much protein I eat. May i should not be rushing my weight lost ... but it is coming off slow. I do know the impotance of protein.....and i eat proetin foods daily. HELP!!
First, I must know why did you do a gastric bypass? If it was to lose weight, then, you are achieving your goal.
Unless, you have other local (gastric) problems for which you did not give any detail which is necessary to understand if the weight loss is because of bypass only or other problems.
