Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The liver enzymes are borderline / no concern / need to repeat after a month – alcohol? drugs?

Lipid profile needs attention. Did you fast for 14 hours? – otherwise triglyceride is not reliable...
Are you a diabetic or hypothyroid?
You need lifestyle changes; diet and exercise / no alcohol or tobacco . maintain weight and so on...
Discuss with your physician

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck

General & Family Physician Dr. Shekhar Deo's  Response
Hi, Welcome to HCM.

Based on the information you have given, your liver enzymes are slightly elevated. There are various reasons for this increase, mainly due to liver cell necrosis (injury). This could also be the reason for the increase in lipid levels. Before considering any medications, I will advise that you consult your primary physician for the increase in liver enzymes and lipid levels as any drugs without thorough clinical evaluation of your condition will have further adverse effects on your liver function.

Hope this helps.
