Done Unilateral Salpingectomy. Pain In Right Side After Cycle. Should I Go To Emergency Room?
I had a unilateral salpingectomy almost 2 months ago. I had the right fallopian tube removed. This is the first time that I had my cycle since my surgery.I was having severe pains on my right side before my cycle. But after my cycle I started having pains like something tore inside me on my right side. Can it be my other tube? should I go to the emergency room?

Hi, Your right tube was removed, the pains before & after menses can be due to congestion circulation changes at the operation site. The possibility of other tube involvement depends on the cause of surgery. You can take pain reliever pill for pain management., for time being.Do not massage or foment. If the pain is managed, you need not visit emmergency room. How ever it's adviseble to see your doctor after first periods& get your health checked. Thanks
