hi, i am hemangini age 35 yrs. i take thyronom-50 since four years.In my recently reports s.anti microsomal antibody->1000 s.antithyroglobulin antibody level-7.87 C - Reactive protein test- 1.4 TSH- 3.82 and in ENA PROFILE RNP/Sm - 1.24 boderline La(SS-B) -1.18 boderline I have vaginal dryness and pain after urethrotomy done pigmentation on face now what treatment for me ?

It would help if you are examined by a Rheumatologist for your connective tissue disorders.Your reports are suggestive of mixed connective tissue disorders.The basic pathology underlying the symptoms need to be addressed and managed.The help of a Dermatologist and a gynaecologist may also be sought.
