IT CAN BE EAR WAX, YOU NEED TO GIVE DROPS TO CLEAR IT OUT AND IF NECESSARY SUCTION CLEARANCE. IT CAN BE OTOTMYCOSIS ALSO WHICH IS A FUNGAL INFECTION WHICH IS TREATED ALSO MEDICALLY
