Dry Eyes, Fluid Filled Lumps On The Eyelids. Have Swelling. What Are These?

My eyes have been extremely dry for days and last night it felt as though there was something in my eye. While examining I noticed fluid filled lumps on the inside of the eyelids. They are also swollen. I have had a clogged duct before so I applied light pressure and yellowish fluid started oozing but not from duct it's almost like its coming from the corners

Hello

It appears that you suffering from acute conjunctivitis which is a condition not related to your dry eyes. You should use hot fomentation to your eyes 2-3 times a day, anti-biotic drops every 3 hours and anti-biotic ointment at bed time.

You should continue using the medicine for dry eyes. You should also take care of the hygiene of your eyes.
