Endometriosis. Have Had Hysterectomy Including Ovaries And Cervix. Done CT Scan Soft Tissue Prominence Of Vagina. Is It Cancer?

I have had a complete hysterectomy including ovaries and cervix. I did have endometerosis. I recently had a CT scan and ultra sound both abdominally and vaginally. I have a lot of pain in my stomach on the right side. The results show a soft tissue prominence on my vaginal cuff. I went to see my gyn today and they don't know what it is. Dont think its endo. Any ideas? I hate to think of cancer but?

Hello
Thanks for your query.
I would like if you could upload your scan results.
You can do so directly using the following link - http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-aarti-abraham/64623
It could be endometriosis residue on the vaginal cuff.
Also could be a mild collection of fluid or blood on the cuff.
As you have rightly surmised, it could very well be a growth on the cervix.
You would need to biopsy the lesion or have a laparoscopy to confirm the diagnosis
All the best.
