Bulimia nervosa is a psychological disorder similar to addiction to drugs. It is estimated to effect between 3% of all U.S women has this disorder. There is no definite known cause for this. I think you have to undergo a complete psychiatric analysis and general health check up for this.A antidepressant drug may be helpful. Upper back pain may be due to acidity or over weight. Change your dietary habits drink more water, consume more green leafy vegetables and fiber. Change your life style. Do Yoga and Meditation it may help.
