Hi this is Dr Arun, I am a general family physician, as a fresher I worked as a resident doctor in a nursing home in my native, before i used to work in night shifts, there I use to come across lot of emergencies like myocardial infraction, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic renal failure, head injury, bone fractures,, etc. some of them I use to admit in emergency ward and give the emergency treatment and use to call the specialist otherwise I use to send to to the higher centers' and then I got the government job and for three years I worked as a medical officer where I use to see the general cases where i also use to do prenatal and postnatal check ups,and the center has also had the integrated council and testing center where i use to do council ling for both pre HIV test and post HIV test patients and then I worked as a hematologist in a blood bank and I used to participate in blood donation camps also
