Experiencing Pain In My Stomach And My Bowel Movements Are Greenish, Mossy Looking And Contains Blood

I don't have my gallbladder anymore, I am having a lot of pain in my stomach the secong I eat like a minute after the food goes down. Stomach is sore to the touch,and there is pain all day. My bowel movement are greenish,mossy looking and there is dark blood and red blood. I don't have an appetite at all, and I'm loosing wetight.

The given symptoms here could be indicative of some infection it may be virus or protozoa it can be managed on tentative basis with Tab Metronidazole, Tab Domperidone, Tab Omeprazole once in day, along with this better to get done the routine tests of blood stool and urine even plain x-ray abdomen would be helpful for diagnosis take care in diet, avoid junk food, and spicy food.
