Hi,

First of all, you should do an CT brain with a contrast to exclude a brain lesion. The result of the the CT brain can help us with your case. Second, you should measure your blood pressure and if you are a woman and take contraceptive pills or a hormonal replacement therapy, you should ask a gynacologist for help.

The examination of your eyes with an ophthalmologist is crucial. The brain aneurysm can occur due to genetic causes or non-genetic causes such as: hypertension. The genetic causes mostly occur during the childhood period, unlike non-genetic causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mustafa, Neurologist
