Extreme Fatigue And Pain In Chest Before Periods, Feels Hungry, Cyst Removed From Ovary

Hello. About a week before my period I m getting extreme fatigue and pain in my chest and right shoulder blade. I also get really hungry. I had a cyst removed from my ovaries years ago and there is still pain in my right ovary but doctors don t see anything from an ultrasound. I also did an X-ray of my shoulder blade and nothing. Any ideas?
