FNAC Lump Breast Cellular Smears And Clusters Of Epithelial Cells. What Does It Mean?
FNAC LUMP LEFT BREAST Cellular smears consist of poorly cohesive sheets and clusters of epithelial cells showing marked to moderate pleomorphic changes. The smears also show many individual epithelial cells having intact cytoplasm . The cytological findings are suggestive carcinoma breast. Please advice which stage of cancer is this. And what are the ways of treatment. Thanks.

First of all, you just gave the FNAC report. From this stage of the breast carcinoma cannot be decided.
For staging, we need the size ofthe tumor (more than or less than or5cm) , the lymph node status, if lymph node present then situation, level, number are also needed. And if there is any metastasis present or not , is also important.
Regarding treatment, stage is to be determined first.
