Feeling Tired, Body Ache, Lost Appetite. What Is Wrong?
Since last night I have been feeling tired and achy all over my body (it doesn t remind me of a flu ache however, as I get this deep within my bones, it s more that I am aware of all my limbs ). I haven t lost my appetite; I just feel as if I can t be bothered working or doing much other than sitting down. I don t think that I feel all that hot, either. I did do some full on exercise on the weekend (weight lifting) after I hadn t been in probably two weeks. I was very sore after the gym, so I think I pushed myself harder than normal.
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The feeling of soreness after a workout is normal if you do a work without adequate warming up and infrequently. This soreness is likely to subside in next few days. You can take an oral muscle relaxant for an early relief.
