I had a variable body temperature 99 - 102 F. after consulting my doc, i had 3 days of antibiotic and end of the 3rd day, the fever was reduced to 98 and was constant for whole day. But on 4th day, the temperature was 100F. on the second day, i had fever with shivering ( @102F) on the same day, my urine test shown RBC 20-25, blood TC 5000. Today, 4th day, i have 100f..what could be my issue..

Thanks for coming to HCM. Do you have any other symptoms/problems along with fever? Are you having any other diseases ? Which antibiotic did were you prescribed ? Did you notice any skin rash ?
You need to be evaluated properly for this since there could be multiple causes that lead to fever depending on your medical history, other symptoms, and area you live in. It can be due to infection in any organ-system including blood. Please visit your local doctor who might do several blood tests to check (and/or rule out) the sources of infection.
Please can you tell us complete urine report & full blood analysis report? Meanwhile, for fever you can use paracetamol and tepid sponging. Take plenty of fluids and eat light meals.
