Flab Around Waist. Diet Plan To Reduce It?

hello doctor , first of all i would like to thank you for your attention as i m working as A tv presenter and my weight is 50 but it was always a zero size between 47 -48 an now i need to get back to my weight 47- coz all my pants r not suitable now and i feel so bad all the time as i have my waist bigger than before so how could u help me ? i need a diet plan to get 47 -48 again

Welcome to the forum. It is nice to know that you want to work out your menu and get into shape. Over weight and a bulging belly not only affects your personality but it is also detrimental for your health. Obese people are at higher risk of diseases like hypertension, heart diseases, diabetes, thyroid dysfunctions, hormonal problems, stroke and many more. Getting back into shape will make you fit and also help you look stunning.

Yes, you need a diet plan. Avoid food that is rich in carbohydrate, oily fatty junk food, cut on your chocolate, alcohol, soft drinks and caffeine intake. Avoid eating fried snacks, chips, buttery pastries and all type of fast food.

You should eat substantial food that is rich in protein like eggs, meat, fish, beans and cereals. These will help you reduce weight and also minimize hunger pangs. Your muscles will get toned up. You should take dairy products like milk, cheese, yoghurt, etc. These will supplement your calcium intake and also improve your immunity level. You should take plenty of fresh green veggies and fruits, juices and pure hygienic water to keep yourself well hydrated, energetic and fresh.

Eat food cooked in little oil, you can top it up with olive oil. Boiled and blanched food will be still better. With all these you will have to perform exercises regularly under an expert, you can perform yoga and spend some time in meditation. Every 10 days you should check out your weight, if you are doing pretty well, gift yourself a makeup kit or dress. Have a good day,take care.

hello... the best part is you just have to lose 2-3 kgs.. which is very simple and possible with brisk walks for 1 hour along with some ab exercises... eat small meals every 2-3 hours.. avoid milk and wheat as some people dont lose weight with these..have fruits, nuts, egg whites, sprouts as mid meals..salad with lunch and dinner.. avoid breads/ rice for dinner and keep it light.. drink plenty of water.. rest well..

Thanks for approaching.

A personalised diet is planned making the modifications in what already you are eating.So need to share your present diet along with your height,age and medical complication(thyroid,irregular periods or perimenopausal etc.)if any. There are some specific foods which suit to a particular blood group.So can suggest you accordingly.You can have green tea twice a day,curry leaves to be chewed empty stomach,fresh lime (no salt- no sugar)twice a day to speed up your weight loss.
