Hi, thank you for writing to HCM. What you need to do here is to adopt some healthy eating habits. The problem may be originating from an increase in pressure in the stomach after meals. I often advise my patients with this condition to avoid eating large quantities of food at once. You may eat smaller quantities many times a day. Also, it is advisable to take omeprazole in an empty stomach as the presence of food reduces its absorption.
I hope I have answered your query
I wish you good health
