I have started experiencing a grinding sound in my neck every time I turn my head to the left. Currently have a migraine, which I experience on a regular basis. Are these two connected? Hi, From history it seems that you might be having some degenerative changes in your cervical spines giving rise pinched nerve problem resulting in stretching neck pain and headache. Go for x-ray cervical region. Afterwards go for physiotherapy and short way diathermy. Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements. Ok and take care.
