conculsion features are suggestive of bilateral tubal narrowing at the fimbrial ends with possoible peri fimbrial pelvic adhesions
Hello, A hysterosalpingogram has been done for you in which fimbrial end of Fallopian tube is narrowed as per spill into the peritoneum. If you want to test Your tubal patency - under laparoscopy Injection of dye (methylene blue) per vagina into the uterus and closing the cervix the passage can be visually seen- the test is called as Laparoscopic chromotubation is 100% foolproof. Chlamydia infection is the commonest cause for tubal block. Consult your Dr and follow his advise. Best wishes
