Had Mirena. Symptoms Of Pregnancy. Pregnancy Test Negative. Possibilities Of Pregnancy?

I am 28 I have had the mirena for almost 3.5 years and the last month I feel pregnant! I ve taken several tests all say negative, and I thought ok I m nor. Recently I feel like I feel something moving, and my husband thinks I m crazy. Lol. Someone told me to look at my urine for white floaters , and I did. I have them, and I ve gained 8lbs and cannot lose it! It seems all in my stomach . Is this possible

Mirena is very effective intrauterine device & mist probably you are having pseudocyesis means symptoms without pregnancy.
For conformation you can do urine pregnancy test with pregnancy kit available at pharmacy.
