Had Bleeding After Miscarriage, Bleeding Again After Sex. What Could Be The Reason ?

hi doctor. my name is AAAAAA I had a miscarriage on June 21,2013 I was 12 weeks with the pregnancy..me and my husband want to try again so we waiting to till july 17 to have sex because we didn't want to start to soon but in july 19 I starting to bleed I think it was my first period after the miscarriage it stopped on july 23 so today we had sex again since the bleeding had stop but right after we done having sex I start to bleed again..is there a reason why am I still bleeding still?

Hello,

Bleeding after sex is called post coital bleeding. It has several reasons like blunt trauma inside vagina or cervix during sex, unnoticed polyp, retained bits, cervical erosion or cervicitis etc.

Here, you can undergo one TVS scan to rule out underlying pathology if any. You can consult with gynecologist following test report for suggestive measures if required.
