Had Bleeding, Dizziness, Sleepy And Headache After Iron Dropped On Head In Gym. Cure?

I walked in the room and the iron gym dropped on my head i started bleeding an felt dizzy and sleepy. It is now day 4 and i still have a headache . What can it be?

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.You are suffering from post traumatic concussion resulting in headache.Ideally you should get a MRI brain done to rule out intracranial bleeding.If nothing comes out in MRI ,you can relax.Gradually concussion effect will wear off in next few days.Thanks and good luck.
