Had Knee Injury. What Are Treatment Options?

met with accident and had knee injury - MRI scan report says Partial tear of ACL - Osteochondral defect in lateral femoral condyle with associated edema - Bony contusions with marrow edema in lateral femoral condyle, latgeral tibial plateau - Intra substance degeneration changes in posterior horn of medial meniscus - mild joint effusion - No fracture or dislocation - Now , I am unable stand on my leg - Please suggest the right treatment- TQ

hi
pl donot worry,u have a little problem with yours knee,with treatment & rest it will be o k.pl use knee brace,do active light knee movements.have some pain killers,tab to reduce knee swelling,b complex etc,but u must be with regular contact with ortho surgeon.u will be cure soon.
