Hello
My question is my husband has been sick for two weeks now and it all started in his chest and head he had an on again off again fever for two or three days which most of his symptoms were phneumonia but now they have changed to a runny nose sneezing coughing an he still has it in his chest what could it be phneumonia or a cold?? He was pretty bad for a few days he would have a fever sleep for an hour or so sweat like it broke then be fine for about an hour then get a fever again now he's just sweating like he has a fever again but he's not hot?? Why and what could it be and should we go to the family dr or straight to the hospital???

Hi. All the symptoms nicely put by you are suggestive of pneumonia and he should be taken to the hospital to get the blood tests and an X-ray chest.
