Had Unprotected Sex. On Birth Control. Had Period, Light Blood. Pregnant?

Could I be pregnant? My "period" came on on Friday but went off on Saturday. Now everytime I go to the bathroom and wipe I see a light pinkish blood. And I've been going to the bathroom a lot today. Way more than usual. Me & my boyfriend have been having unprotected sex and I'm due to start back on. My birth control pill tonight

Hello
Thanks for your query.
The irregular spotting could be because of birth control use.
It could also be an indicator of an early pregnancy, a failed pregnancy or an ectopic pregnancy.
Please take a urine pregnancy test to confirm that.
Anxiety, stress, emotional turbulence, hectic travelling, rapid changes in weight etc could be responsible for the abnormal bleeding pattern.
Hypothyroidism, polycystic ovarian syndrome etc should also be ruled out by consulting a gynecologist.
take care.
