Hair Like Pricking Pain In The Heel And Deteriorating To Feet On Regular Exercise. Does The Shoe Needs To Be Changed?

Sir gmng. Everyday i am in the routine exercise of thread mill for 15 minutes .when i start to do the walk or thread mill exercise slight hair like pain appeared in right leg of heel base,when i touched with my hand deeply to the pain spot of heel hair like bit of pain appears in the heel .& also i am regularly wearing bata shoes recently foot shole has been deteriorated to the extent of heel touches the ground.what is the remedy for this event of pain. Shall i replace of shoe by new one.

You seem to be suffering from Plantar Fascitis, try changing your shoes and see if it helps. Analgesics like Ibuprofen will help. Consult a General Surgeon.

Hello, You have not specified your age nor body weight. Reduce your body weight if you are obese.Replace your foot wear with a light weight sports shoe and attach a silicon insole while doing your routine exercises on the treadmill
