Hard Lump On The Inside Of Cervix At The Top End, Hurts When Pushed. Does It Prevent Conceiving ?

I can feel a hard lump on the inside of my cervix at the top end and it hurts when pushed, should I be worried and could this be preventing me from conceiving as I have been trying for two years?? Iv had two previous pregnancies, both conceived within four months of trying. Im 28 with a history of PID (non sexually contrated) at 15yrs old and had a copper coil fitted four years ago that fell out two years ago during a heavy period, speaking of which Heavy periods are another problem of mine. Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
I have found three abnormalities in you, lump on cervix, heavy periods & secondary infertility. All these can be well related to each other & preventing you from getting pregnant.
Please visit a Gynecologist, have physical examination & a pelvic ultrasound to sort this out.
Wish you best of luck.
