Have Bleeding After Intercourse. Have Nausea And Headache. Pregnancy Test Is Negative. What Can Be Wrong?
I have the mirena, last aug they found a tumor on my left ovary...I haven't had any complications with it..about 2 weeks ago I started feeling nauseous after every meal..now I have frequent bowel movements, charlie horses and headaches...6 pregnancy test have came up negative..I also have vaginal bleeding after intercourse
Based on your description it would have been wise to investigate on possible infectious cause of your symptoms rather the cause being pregnancy. If your presenting with enterocolitis then, my impression is that you are having an bowel infection which can be determined by running a stool exams (+/- culture). If this is confirmed and the germ isolated, then appropriate antibiotics can be determined. If you are experiencing post-coital bleeding ( i will require your age in order to properly discuss the possible causes) but usually the most likely cause is from the cervix. So you could be having cervicitis or to a rarer extend cervical cancer. You will need a gynobs' opinion to exam you and run some tests. Your two conditions could be related and the infection might have come from your pelvis.
Hope this helps
