Have Chronic High BP. Taking Aspirin, NSAIDS For Fibromyalgia. Heavy Bleeding, Cramping During Periods

I have a history of chronic high blood pressure and am currently on two medications along with asprin daily, I also take NSAIDS for fibromyalgia for pain along with arthritis pain. The past two months I have gotten my menst. three times lasting 5-7 days with very heavy bleeding with clots and lots of pain enough to double me over. Once I pass a huge amount of clots and bleed the cramping subsides. should I get to a doctor for tests?

Hi
Sure you need to consult your physician for anti hypertensive drugs along with aspirin because aspirin is blood thinner which increases bp and cause more bleeding. So you need to take proper anti hypertensive drug. Hope this will control mensturation bleeding.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
