Have Frequent Dizziness While Lying Down Or Waking Up. Suggestions?
hello, i m a bit worried here... I have been frequently experiencing dizziness when i lie down or when i get up from bed. The worst happens when i wake up and get up from bed. It feels like an intense dizziness and i feel like my surrounding is moving around me even if I m just standing still. The feeling goes away after a few minutes though.

As you describe it appears to be due to internal ear effect, may be secondary to the middle ear infection . other possibilities are hypertension, hypotension, diabetis, or change in blood supply to the brain, or convalascence from any other disease. Anaemia could be one of the causes.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you.
