Have High BP And Hypothyroidism. Have Rapid Heart Beat, Anxiety, Nausea, And Headache. Cause?

I am a 55 year old female, recently diagnosed with HBP; I also have hypothyroidism . I am in fairly good health, hardly any colds or flu , not overweight , under moderate stress, self-employed, work at home. Recently been having symptoms of jittery-ness, rapid heart beat, anxiety feeling, slight nausea, and mild headache. These symptoms come and go for the last year or so, have mentioned to my doctor, tests were taken, everything came out negative. Most concerning symptom has been pain on both sides of my neck, carotid arteries, pounding in ears on occasion. Stroke evaluation requested.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Overcorrection of thyroid can do this...
Arrhythmia / Panic / Pheochromocytoma may be responsible in a few - Discussion with your doctor and relevant investigations may give clues...EKG / HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
