Have Hypoglycemia. Get Very Thirsty And Lips Taste Salty. Suggestions

Every day, after around 2pm or so, I get very thirsty and my lips taste like salt. I have a mug of tea in the morning and drink water at work. Usually 32 oz. while there. Have another cup of tea when I arrive home to relax and soymilk with dinner. I eat no extra sugar or sugar items and have hypoglycemia. I am 5'2" and weight 116 lbs and am 60 yrs old. I check my blood when I feel so thirsty & it is usually between 77 & 129.
