Have Pain In The Calf When I Stand To Walk. Tight Skinned, Ankle Swollen. Now Moved Up To Thigh. Suggestions?
I am having severe pain in my left calf that gets worse when I stand to walk after having it up. It is also very tight skinned and the ankle is somewhat swollen as is my ankle. It has been there for three days now and has now moved up into my left knee and thigh somewhat. I did sustain a sunburn the day before it started but do not know if that has anything to do with it.
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The pain in the calf that has moved up is likely to be due to a muscle sprain or fatigue. A decrease in levels of Vitamin D3 are also likely. You can get it examined after consulting an orthopedician. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal , drtayal72@gmail.com
