Have Pigmentation On Face. Used Super Fade Cream. Family Members Have Same Problem. Cure?
Hello Doctor,
I have a pigmentation on my most of the face it was started as a point on my nose now it allover the face. i used "Super Fade" cream and it helped me to fade a bit while using. when i stop to use that cream it comes again. Please advice me. And in my family my mom,brother and sis have same problem.

Hi hyperpigmentation of face is called facial melanosis .it occurs in family too.use sunscreen in the morning .niltan in the night.use antoxidants like godsent tablets.use this treatment atleast for eight to twelve months .if no response you can also use vitamin c serum .u can start chemical peels like glycolic acid or mandelic acid .if still no response skin rejuvanation by laser treatment can be done
