Have Problem In Head. MRI Scan Done And Found To Be A Shadow On Cranial Nerves. What To Do?

I had an MRI the other day and they found a shadow on my cranial nerves. I believe it was around cranial nerves 4,6,7, and 8. I have an appointment to see a neurologist Wednesday and I am freaking out. I have finals next week and I am stressing not only over them but what could be wrong with my head. Please help me out and calm my nerves if possible. I really just want to know what it is.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
It is unclear what problem has been found in your brain MRI, based on what you described here.
Also, we do not know what your symptoms are. If you can upload the MRI report and send your clinical details, we would be able to help with your likely diagnosis and treatment possibilities.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
