Hello ,
You are suffering from advanced dental infection that has progressed to the surrounding intra oral tissues and plugged extra orally.
your tooth has decayed badly and is draining abscess through its root in the surrounding tissue.such abscess may also spill into spaces of neck leading to space infection.
you should start with an antibiotic course of Augementin along with diclofenac and serratiopeptidase tablets for 3 days and see a dentist. get a x ray done and as the facial lump subsides, root canal procedure can be done to save the tooth. take care

hello,

the cyst has arised as a result of progression of decay of the tooth.
there will be teeth with pus filled abscess inside your mouth which has lead into formation of cyst.
visit your dentist and get x-ray to find out the extent of lesion.
depending on the severity of lesion, root canal treatment/extraction/enucleation of cyst/drainage of abscess using curettes has to be done.
take complete course of antibiotics-analgesics prescribed by your dentist.

Hi,
Thank you for the query.
Cyst associated with the teeth indicates a long standing infection of the teeth which has progressed and formed a sinus tract draining extra orally. First line of treatment is reduction of the infection followed by the rootcanal or extraction depending on the x-ray taken . If rootcanal is done then it should be followed by apicectomy if required and if extracted enucleation should be done throughly. This has to be followed by a course of antibiotic-oflaxcin and ornidazole and analgesic -diclomol with a combination of serratiopeptidase.
Hope this would help you.
Take care.

hello & welcome
this is periapical abscess due to grossly carious teeth.
i will advise you not to ignore this condition this may lead to a big space infection.
immediately visit to your dentist, if tooth is in preservable condition than RCT may be a treatment of choice.
if this tooth is not in a condition to preserve than extraction under antibiotic coverage will be a treatment of choice.
thanks & take care

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

According to your clinical history i suspect that you have an abscessed tooth draining its abscess in the intraoral tissues which is seen externally.
The infection if not treated in time can lead to spread of the infection to the tissue spaces.
I would suggest you to visit the Dentist and get the checkup done, take an x-ray of the region.
Take a course of antibiotics and analgesics.
After the facial swelling subsides depending upon the x-ray extarction or root canal treatment of the tooth can be carried out.
Maintain a good oral hygiene, use antiseptic mouthwash gargles twice daily.

Hope this helps out.

Regards...

hello & welcome
first of all i will advice you not to delay your treatment, as this condition may not be painful right now but there is a big periapical infection with draining sinus for sure.
so visit to your dentist as soon as possible and go for radiographical & clinical examination.
most probably extraction of this tooth is advisable, still if tooth is in preservable condition we can plan for RCT
thanks & take care
