Psychiatrist Dr. B Raghavendra's  Response
Hi

If you don't have any other physical symptoms, you seem to have what is called as premenstrual syndrome. All of your symptoms fit that but to be safe than sorry, get probably an ECG or go see a physicain to rule out cardiac problems please. Otherwise my bet is on PMS as the diagnosis of your problem for which you may need to consult a OBG or Psychiatrist

Good Luck

Hi, Welcome to Healthcaremagic!
Probably, you are suffering from PMS [premenstrual syndrome], which is a very common condition. Still, please consult a general Physician for full clinical examination as well as certain tests like, Hb, thyroid function, blood glucose levels, renal functions, ECG, etc. You may also require psychological counselling or psychiatric help for secondary depression as well.
In my opinion, for a patient like you, minimizing stress with a proper doctor's help is essential. Almost all diseases are treatable if a cause is found out.
