Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. The hard lumps may be the enlarged sebaceous glands and they are quite common to found in that area. They are not related to your nausea in my opinion. They will get vanished by themselves. During menstruation there will be nausea but if it prolongs in you then consult your treating doctor once to know the exact cause after examination. Take tablet ondasetron for nausea. Thank you.
