Having Pain In Upper Belly, Radiating Till Back. Having Loose Stools. Overweight. Cause?
I am having pain in my upper right side in my belly right in my rib cage and it radiates to my back. The pain also goes down to my lower belly. I am also having really loose stools that are a yellowish colors. When the pain first started I had to breathe a little heavier. I am only 30 years old and a little over weight. What is causing this?
Welcome to HCM.it would help if you were examined by your doctor who would then investigate you as suggested by the physical findings on examination and history. You would need a ultrasound Scan to rule out any gall bladder or liver problem ,a upper GI endoscopy, a urine examination ,serum amylase check for pancreas among other tests.Ruling out enteritis, viral diarrhea and other infective conditions will help.It is difficult to specify the problem without a physical examination.
Hi, many thanks for the query! You need to do certain investigations- USG (Abdo-Pelvis), Stool (Culture & Microscopy), Urine (Routine & Microscopy), X-ray KUB, Sr. creatinine, Sr. Uric acid, LFTs, CBC. Till then take symptomatic treatment including- Anti-spasmodics, pain killers, antacids, Oral Rehydrating Solution (ORS) with your doctor's opinion. Wish you a good health. Take care.
