Having Sinus Infections. CT Scan Done. What Does Findings Suggest?
Hello, I had a CT scan of my sinuses and the impression was as follows: Mild palate polypoid thickening within right maxillary antrum, with at least partial occlusion of the right ostiomeatal unit complex. What exactly does this mean? I am a 34 year old female who occasionally am told I have sinus infections and am treated with Z-pac. I'm a PT and work with children. I often feel congested and have slight headaches at times.
