Hi,
In many cases skinny cheeks are genetically influenced in which they are known as facial atrophy. The cause itself is not known but the disease burns out at about this time. The only solution is transfer of fat from other parts of your body to your cheeks. This is done by liposuction of fat from your thighs or abdomen and then processing it and then injecting it into the cheeks so increase the fat content of the same. This usually requires more than 1 session because much of the fat can be absorbed after the injection. However, appreciable amount of fat remains after 2-3 injections and the effects can be long lasting.
