Heavy, Painful Periods With Severe Pain In Back And Legs. Hormone Levels Normal. Any Ideas?
I am 48 and suffering very heavy painful periods with extreme back pain and pains down my legs. Is this normal for my age. I have has my hormone levels tested and they said they are normal, not showing any signs of menopause. It is causing me a lot of distress each month. Why is this happening and what can I do to reduce these symptoms.

hi.. you are 48 years old, you have painful heavy periods.. your hormonal levels are normal.. you could be having fibriods/DUB.. get one ultrasound examination done.. see your gynaecologist with report.. management depends on the results.. all the very best..
