Hit On Back, Ultrasound Done, No Acute Intra Uterine Fluid Collection. Suggestion?

i git back an ultra sound result and it says that there is some thickening of the central endometrial echo is evident but no acute intra uterine fluid colection demonstrated. what does that means

Hi,
Thanks for your query,
You have not mentioned your age and whether you are premenopausal or postmenopausal .Endometrial thickness varies according to the day of menstrual cycle in premenopausal age group. If it is more than normal as per day of menstrual cycle, you may need to be investigated by D and C. The need to be investigated increase with increasing age like post menopausal age group where the risk is more.
