Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic
Final height is determined primarily from genetics though it may be influenced by diet, activity and if the person had chronic illnesses as a child.
In general, a person reaches their final height in adolescence. At the end of long bones (the bones in the thighs, legs, forearm and arms), in children, there is addition of bone to increase length and height, this stops in adolescence , the area stops making new bone.
This is the reason excess
growth hormone is children leads to increased height and in adults leads to increase in size of tissues ( nose, fingers, forehead etc) and not an increase in height.
If you are in early adolescence , it is possible the proper nutrition and exercise may have a positive impact on your height.
I hope this helps
