Doctor after 4months is my wedding, I want to reduce my weight atleast by 20kgs within 4 months.
Since last 2months I am on diet, would like to share my Food Diary with you.
After waking up I do little exercise I drink Warm water adding 2 drops of lime / honey 1tsp.
Breakfast: Omlette(egg white),toast,fruit. ( if bored i take Idli or wada)
Lunch: Brown bread with one vegetable, one piece of boiled Chicken or Fish,sometimeswith oil free dal.
Snack time: 2 biscuits or lite Puff with tea
Dinner: Apple
In between every 2hours I eat fruit or vegetable or drink buttermilk.
I end up my day with warm milk & boiled egg white.
Now I am planning to buy Treadmill as I feel that i have reduced a little.

Stretch marks are appearing on my inner thighs,stomach & arms. I am applying Dove Intensive cream on them. Can u please suggest me any other cream If my application is wrong.
Please suggest me if my diet is good for
